Lake Ontario is home to hundreds of thousands of ducks during the winter representing many species. Running from October through March, this tour gives participants a unique opportunity to view a wide array of waterfowl and other birds that can be found on Lake Ontario such as loons, grebes and gulls. There is also amazing rarity potential and we will be on the lookout for any unexpected species!

Your expert guide will take you to multiple well-known hotspots that have been proven to produce all three expected scoter species, King Eider and other highly sought after specialties.

 

Best of all, this tour can be customized to fit your specific needs and targets, making the most of your time to maximize your experience! If you are a seasoned birder looking to find elusive species, a newer birder exploring the hobby for the first time or anywhere in between, this is the tour for you.

People & Transportation: This tour is for up to 8 people. Transportation can be provided for up to 4 people. Larger groups must provide the remainder. We can caravan or Liam can ride with you. Please put any special requests on the booking form and we will do our best to accommodate you!
