Wagtails, Pipits

Motacillidae comprises wagtails and pipits, small insectivorous birds with slender bodies and long tails. They are often found near open areas, such as grasslands and wetlands, where they forage for insects on the ground. Wagtails are known for their characteristic tail-wagging behavior, while pipits are generally more camouflaged. They build cup-shaped nests, usually on the ground or low in vegetation.
