Manakins

Pipridae, or manakins, are small, brightly colored birds found in Central and South American forests. Males are often particularly striking, with elaborate plumage and specialized feathers used in their complex courtship displays. Manakins are primarily frugivorous, feeding on small fruits and berries. They are known for their acrobatic displays at leks, where males gather to attract females.
